EmojiDex provides emoji meanings, Unicode references, collections, museum content, stories, and creative tools for personal, non-commercial reference unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
• Misrepresent affiliation with EmojiDex or Unicode Consortium
• Re-host proprietary vendor emoji artwork obtained through native device previews

Emoji meanings, usage notes, popularity rankings, and cultural context on EmojiDex are provided for educational and reference purposes. Language evolves quickly online — a glyph can mean different things in different communities, apps, and regions.

We do not guarantee that any meaning or usage example is universal, complete, or appropriate for every context. Use your judgment before sending emoji in professional, legal, or sensitive communications.

Original text, layout, curation, museum exhibits, and site branding on EmojiDex are protected by copyright and related rights owned by EmojiDex or its licensors, except where open-licensed materials are identified.

You may link to EmojiDex pages. Do not copy large portions of the encyclopedia for republication without permission.

Interactive tools (for example, the emoji combiner, text-to-emoji helper, and wallpaper generator) run locally in your browser. Downloads you create are your responsibility. Wallpaper and combo outputs use Unicode emoji characters rendered by your device or browser.
